1. HR interview 2. Home assignment Overall experience was very pleasant. The test assignment was difficult and was hard to pass having no prior experience with TITAN and Salesforce implementation. But HR was very friendly and communicated decline in a positive manner.

Two hours interview with CEO, CIO and the project managers. CIO gave overview strategic direction of Titan Software. and introduced to several project managers, responsible for different project groups. The managers presented the overall direction of their developments. I asked related questions about my position expectation and goals.
