Phone screen is often an accurate snapshot of a how a company is run. I'm pretty sure my experience with Todae, combined with another review up here summarises what the place is like.
Hiring manager called out of nowhere requesting for a conversation after applying online with poor phone manners (cutting off conversation multiple times) and a condescending attitude. Not interested in working in a bullying culture, there are better jobs out there to hustle.
Don't let the title fool you, Todae is a glorified call centre that is heading nowhere.
