I wrote a resume. I sent it in. They called me in. I made a few things. They saw what I could do. They hired me. Then I made food while working there. I did that every day I worked there. I don't remember every single day I've ever worked. I do remember some. Anyway if you work you get paid, so, yeah.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Tom Douglas (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2012
Interview
Came in to the restaurant and worked for a shift. Did a bunch of prep work. Watched the line work. Talked to the chef about food. Went back on the line and cooked for a bit. Back into the office and talked with the chef more. Got a job offer.
