fast and straight to the point. would state what they need in the team and the cons and pros of the matter. HR is easy to talk to and won't leave you hanging on the results. Overall great interview procedure.

The interview itself was easy. There is a skill-screening test through Skype (which is weird but ok). After you pass that test, there's a 1:1 interview in their office and then a 2:1 Skype interview with staff from Korea. The office was clean and professional-looking. I was told to wait for a week for the results but they did not answer. That is such an unprofessional move. Just tell the applicant about the negative news instead of leaving them hanging.
