Process was all over the place. Recruiter was over an hour late to the first interview, very scattered and unsure on compensation and specifics to the role. Company and product seem great, but an interview process is a direct reflection of a company and their culture. The recruiter did not even interview me or allow me to interview for a role, then sent a generic rejection letter with no specifics on even the role interviewed- probably because I did not even interview for a job. The company is an interesting concept and has received positive press. But to fail at a relatively easy task of screening people, says a lot. Be careful in falling for the illusion of this company.
