I applied online. I interviewed at Toronto Film School (Toronto, ON)
Interview
I got an interview call. The first round was with the Associate Director which was mainly understanding my skill sets , experience and how I handle obstacles. The second round was with the director where we had situational analysis sort of questions and how certain programs are to be presented etc.

Question 1
If you have passion for something why do you need a diploma? Why not pursue it the traditional way?
Easy smooth process and probably one of the better interviews I have had in years. Enjoying the position and looking forward to seeing where I end up down the road
I was called a few weeks ago on a Friday evening at 6 p.m. while I was driving to play tennis with a friend after work. I didn't answer the call but the message let me know it was about an application I'd submitted to TFS. I called back the number on Monday and nobody answered. The voicemail recording was generic and didn't actually contain the recruiter's name. So in addition to leaving a message, I called their front desk and let them know who I was and who I was calling for. They told me they'd pass on my message. I called the number and extension left on voicemail again on Tuesday, and nobody picked up. A few days ago, again while working, I received a phone call from the same recruiter about the same job (no mention of previously attempting to contact me). I called back again a couple hours later. No response so far.
I have no doubt this person didn't realise they had contacted me before, does not check or respond to their voicemail, does not bother creating a voicemail recording that gives the caller ANY information whatsoever. They also don't email, which is very peculiar in itself.
