I applied online. I interviewed at Total IT Global
Interview
I was contacted by HR through WhatsApp, and the interview was subsequently held on Microsoft Teams. Awful experience. The interview time was changed without notice, and the link was sent one minute before the interview. I was the only one required to turn on my camera; the two interviewers stayed off camera like ghosts. The questions asked were far beyond the scope of the job description. They asked about my nationality and why I moved from my home country to a new place. The role was not even full-time, as advertised, but a subcontractor position with low working hours and low pay. If you have worked at big companies and have extensive experience but are willing to accept low pay with no guarantee of working hours, go ahead and apply. If not, you will simply be treated as an HR KPI or as proof of recruitment diversity.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Total IT Global (Singapore) in Aug 2025
Interview
In a professional way but did not asked me if I have any questions. Aside from that it was overall it was a good experience I just hope they ask the employees whereabouts on the company before proceeding.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Total IT Global in Jan 2025
Interview
Just awful. Interviewed for a position based in Singapore - interviewer did not have a firm grasp on English and his accent was extremely thick to the point of being nearly incomprehensible. Got irritated when I asked him to repeat himself or when I asked for clarification. Would regularly remark "let me make this easy for you" while asking questions that were definitely outside of the scope for an L1. Even got some information WRONG based on what I now understand having worked in the industry. Would recommend anyone interviewing here to exercise caution as it seemed like a rather toxic work environment.
