I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Total Maintenance Services (Philadelphia Main Post Office, PA) in Feb 2013
Interview
Went to the office I would be working in, but ended up being told to apply through a specific recruiter. Sent my CV to recruiter, got registered with the company, and from then I got a call to go for an interview where I was asked some basic expected questions for that position. Did ok, then a few days later had the news from both the manager and recruiter that I had the job. Had some paperwork to do and that was it.

Why would I be good for that job, what made me suitable for the position, what qualities and experiences i would bring, how i handled pressure and unexpected situations.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Total Maintenance Services in Sept 2014
Interview
Phone interview. Very Easy. Basically they are always looking for millwrights, welders, pipe fitters, etc. to work at papermills around the U.S. Due to these jobs being in multiple states, the interviews are almost always phone interviews.
