Learned a lot in customer service, contracts, and how credit cards work. Worked on communication skills.

Cons

sitting at a desk all day. Dealt with a lot of angry customers over shady business practices. Supervisors watch you like a hawk all day.

Ok company to work for, pay was ok, hours were ok, not a lot of people worked in my office, which made things a bit quiet and the work was ok, salary was the best part

company was a bit lacking in organisation and communication. I felt management lacked clarity in procedures and decisions. co workers also felt that way.
