I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied through the company website and pretty sure had a recruiter call me the same day to set up a phone interview with him. Phone interview was very basic, giving more information about that job and what I was looking for and was told to take a very simple quiz online about state abbreviations. Then since I did not live in the state I applied to, I had a skype interview with the recruiter that was alot more in-depth about my past work experience and some scenario questions. Last interview I went into the office and shadowed two different people for 30 min each and then had a 45 min interview with the manager of the office. At the beginning of the interview he told me it would be very easy and just wanted to have a conversation but turned out to be very in depth and difficult. Preparing for this interview is a must. Make sure they know you are in it to make as much money for the company you can. Was called 2 days later offering me the position. Overall process took 3 weeks.

Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.

Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
