I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Dec 2016
Interview
I was contacted by one of TQL's recruiters and we set up a phone interview at first after they asked me if I could go in person to their location for a second interview and shadow a few employees. The recruiter was always very courteous and communicated with me all the way through.
Before arriving I had to do a quick homework on some carriers and find some leads. In the location I interviewed with the manager and a trainee manager who actually conducted the interview. questions were mostly about the resume and my experiences.

Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.

Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
