I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2017
Interview
So its a three step interview process. You have a recruiter call you and set up a phone interview. Then they will schedule a skype interview pretty much. Its on hire vue its pretty simple but before that you have to watch this video and answer these questions. it is mainly geography questions its pretty easy. But then in the interview she will ask you more questions from that. If you make it past that then you go to an in person interview.
This is where it got weird for me. My interview was in Tampa and their office is impossible to find . the directions they provide dont help at all . I tried to call them so that they could help me and they never answered. Then when i finally found the place i had to wait outside the office for 5 min for someone to leave cause the door is locked. After that no one is at the front desk so i had to ask a random guy at the desks to get the girl im supposed to meet. After that you spend about 30 min each with a person that works that that explains how the company works which is cool cause they really explain the day in the life. After that you meet with a manager and he continues the interview. He was super awkward before i had even sat down he was asking me questions. He was so awkward and umcomfortable i felt weird. Just a super unprofessional interview it was super weird.
Also before the in person interview they have you do a homework assignment . its a lot harder than you think.
