I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Indianapolis, IN) in June 2013
Interview
The interview process started with a phone interview that included a 2-3 minute sales pitch about anything that you wanted. Following that, they called me the next day and asked to schedule a second phone interview. The second interview was a lot more about yourself and how you would handle being in the company. After the second interview they asked to set up another interview where I could come in and observe what I would be doing. At this point, I declined the last interview.

I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
