I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2014
Interview
There was a phone screening and then after that was a 30 minute phone interview. The phone interview was basic and they asked you normal questions about yourself and why you feel that working at TQL would be a good fit for you. After the phone interview is an onsite interview where the first half of your day is shadowing current employees and seeing how you like it. then the last half is an interview with the recruiter and then the manager of the Chicago office.

Interview
the phone screening interview was very easy and behavior based, but they put very strong emphasis on being completely enthusiastic about the job. makes sense considering the salesmen who are not completely gung-ho and motivated don't last very long. willing to answer questions but not very helpful with it. does not seem to be very collegiate atmosphere, and not really the right fit for recent college grads who expect a certain kind of workplace experience. overall, i was not the right candidate for the job and we both knew it.
