Interview
Interview process was lengthy and they were dishonest in their requirements to work for their company. There are people with felony gun charges on their records that work for this company yet an OVI bars you completely from employment.
Phone call and then two follow up interviews, one with a recruiter and the other with a hiring manager. There are a couple tests they make you take as well.

It was pretty good. it was lengthy as well. You would have to pass three different tests before being hired. You will also have to dedicate lots of hours during the week for the job. the pay offered was low compared to the tasks, in my opinion

I got the feeling that the recruiter didn't understand the transportation industry very well at all. The questions were very high level and they were not able to answer many of my questions about the role.
