I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Houston, TX) in Jan 2023
Interview
Very long interview process. First you get a call from the recruiter, then you get an interview with the recruiter, then they make you learn the whole U.S. map and assign you a homework and then you go take a test and. if you pass it you get the REAL interview which to me it was a waste of time. The two managers did not seem serious and they were very rude while reading my resume. NOT WORTH IT!
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Portland, OR) in Nov 2025
Interview
Two phone calls, 1 in person interview, reference check. Process thus far has lasted about one month. Recruiter has been very helpful. Connected with the company at a university career fair.

A difficult experience I have been able to overcome
I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
The process began very quickly. The interview consisted of just as much info about the company as being asked why I would want to work there. Overall, a little pushy- what you might expect from a sales role. I removed myself from the interview process before an offer was extended just because it was not the right move for me.
3 levels of interview + a shadowing period with a current employee. All were done via phone and zoom. However, this may have changed since I applied last in 2023. I was ghosted after doing all three stages. Not even a rejection.
