I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
Interview process isn’t too bad. There’s an initial screening call which is followed by a phone interview. If you pass the phone interview stage, they’ll schedule an in-person shadowing event with a local TQL office that ends with an interview with your TQL recruiter. The questions are routine questions, such as why sales, why are you leaving your current position, why are you interested in joining TQL in that position, etc. I backed out before the in-person shadowing, so I couldn’t say how that went.
The interview was very standard. The hiring managers/HR are all very kind. I had a professor tell me that this job likes to "chew you up and spit you out" as a new college grad. This is what deterred me from taking the position.

The first interview was looking to get a better understanding my understanding of the company, as well as my eagerness to step into a sales role. They're looking for confidence, relentlessness, and coachability.
The interview process was smooth and efficient. Recruiter explained role well to ensure I understood all aspects of the job. This was a thorough interview process and I was satisfied.
