I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Phone interview, Skype interview, then final round in the office. The phone and Skype interview were easy. The office interview however was much harder. It started great, you shadow an experienced LAE and a LAET. After that you meet with the boss for your interview. It wasn't your typical 1 on 1 conversational style of interview. It felt more like an interrogation.

Interview
During the interview process it was super easy communicating with the recruiter. During the process I like how you get to go in and shadow 2 people to see how the calling and prospecting works. Over very nice

Interview
Solid, Would recommend anyone who is passionate about sales and wanting the ability to earn uncapped commission. Base pay is low so understand it is very much an "Eat what you kill" environment

Interview
The recruiter explained the interview process very well and happily answered any questions I had. There were a total of 3 interviews. The first was a phone call, the second one was where you went into the office to meet the recruiter, and the third interview was with the hiring manager. In between interviews, you had to do a small homework assignment that helps you understand the industry a bit better. There is also an assessment but they provide you with study materials.
