I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Cincinnati, OH) in Mar 2015
Interview
The entire process took four weeks and five interviews. I was initially called by a recruiter (1) that did an over-the-phone interview to see if my qualifications met their expectations. After the phone call, we set up an in-person interview. I went into the office and met with a person that oversaw the daily operations of the marketing department (2). The interview took approximately an hour. I will say that before the interview, I was taken around the office and it looks like an amazingly, fun place to work. Very laid back. After the second interview, I was called back again to do an interview with the two directors of recruitment (3), which lasted an hour, followed by an interview with the Director of Marketing and the person in charge of their websites/IT/etc (4). This also lasted an hour. After all that was complete I thought surely I would get a phone call with at least a yes or no. At this point this company has consumed 4 hours of my time. I finally got a call... to have yet another "interview." This was a low-key, introduction to another person in the marketing department that I would be working with to make sure we would work well together. After a little over an hour at a coffee shop with that person and the original person I interviewed with, I was really hopeful to get a phone call with a "Yes! We would love to have you!" Didn't happen. Got the "We are selecting another candidate..." phone call. Which I totally get. Maybe I wasn't perfect for the position compared to another candidate. However interviewing someone over the course of four weeks with five different interviews is a bit much. It was a bit disrespectful of my time. They certainly want the perfect candidates which reflects highly on the company but the interview process was overly gruesome and draining.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do if you had a disagreement with a co-worker?
Received a phone call shortly after applying, where they were asking fundamental questions to get an understanding of you and your interest in the company before they bring you in for an in-person interview.

Interview
First step in process is a phone interview to get to know you and decide if you are qualified to move on to a more formal interview. Interviewer was very genuine and really just wanted to get to know you.
The interview went well. It started off with an overview of the company and the position that I was applying for. We then when into my background to see if I would be an ideal candidate for this position. I was then offered a second interview that is in person.
