The phone screening covered several introductory topics, including my academic and professional background, details from my resume, and my motivation for pursuing a career in medicine. The interviewer also asked a set of behavioral questions to understand how I handle challenges and teamwork, as well as practical questions about my availability for the next stages of the interview process. Overall, the conversation served as an initial evaluation of both my qualifications and my interest in the role, before moving forward to a more formal interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TotalCare Walk-In Clinic (Fontana, CA) in Nov 2024

Question 1

cold, very matter-of-fact. repeatedly asked the same questions even when the answer was the same and if it was something they did not want to hear. seemed uninterested during the interview, while interviewing. it wasn't the most pleasant experience.
