Applied through a recruiter and was shortlisted for a f2f interview. There were 2 rounds of interview. First round was with both the hiring manager and HR. Second round of interview was with an executive. Before the interview, there was a short 10 mins written test, to test your logical reasoning, attentiveness, etc.

First round Tell me about yourself. How would your colleagues describe you? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What was a mistake you made in your previous job? Also, some technical questions (minimal)
Second round What can you tell me about your previous company?/ What's interesting about the previous companies you worked at? What do you know about total? What do you hope to learn in this company? What do you feel about working at an oil and gas company? What do you like to do during your free time? What are your aspirations?
It was a pretty fair interview with different managers. The process is very interesting. They are straight forward people. They want to know more about your background. After the background check you will receive an offer letter
