Le processus d'embauche a été très rapide et tous les membres de l'équipe ont été géniaux durant la phase de recrutement. Le processus se déroule en 3 étapes afin que vous puissiez réellement vous faire une idée du métier et savoir si vous êtes un bon fit pour l'entreprise ! Petit bonus positif pour la RH qui est très compétente, rapide, et bienveillante.
First, there was a short interview by phone with the HR to ensure the interview process made sense. Afterwards, a video call was scheduled with a super friendly HR employee. Next, I had a call with a Team Lead who was also very friendly, providing a perfect opportunity for me to ask specific questions about the job. The last interview was an assessment with another Team Lead. I received a Travel Offer 24 hours before the call and was asked to prepare myself. During the Assessment Call, we simulated a scenario similar to the actual job, where I had to sell a trip to a customer. It was a great interview process with very kind employees who genuinely loved their job and traveling in general. The positivity and engagement of everyone involved were palpable throughout the entire process.
