Tower London interview questions

Dropped in a CV was called within 30 mins. Had an interview the following week and a trial shift within the same week. After my trial shift I wasn't called back despite being told I passed and would start soon. I called back three times and was given the run around. I called back 2 months later and was given the role but it was still show without schedules and being informed about everything.
