it's all who you know, I was referred by a friend who had a friend who worked there. He made a call to whomever he had to, and that was it. There really wasn't much to it. If I were a guy off the street with no referral. I could have told them how money hungry I was, and what a people person I am, and the job would have been mine. Anyone can get a job selling cars anywhere in the country. It's just a matter of being able to make enough to keep it.

I was interviewed by 5 different people, managers from different departments. They asked the same questions, most of the time it was them talking about the long hours. Also they all seemed to like their jobs.
