Recruiting began in the fall with Toyota company presentations on campus and visits to their main campus in Torrance. After a resume drop I was notified of an invitation to interview. The interview process was just one interview on-campus through the career center at my business school. Initially it was planned to be a 2-on-1 interview, but was just a 1-on-1. It lasted about 45 minutes, mostly behavioral, fit and auto industry questions. 3-4 weeks later they notified us of the result of the interview.
