Interview
Recruiter, triple interview on sight. Met a senior guy. Felt there was not a lot of rigor or data analysis, purposefully disengaged through the process. Spent time in a windowless conference room that was small-ish with a circular table. The office was largely empty. The benefits 80 in 9 were cool. Decent place I guess.
Interview process was straightforward and required the use of the STAR format. It took about two to three weeks from the first interview with recruiting to confirmation of orientation date.

Interview
Invited for initial 15 minute interview. Iwas told I would be invited for a follow up interview with managers by the end of the next week when the manager returned from PTO. I have been ghosted and ignored ever since.
The interview process was structured and professional. The panel asked thoughtful questions, and the recruiter provided clear communication and helpful guidance throughout. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience.
