1. The screening went well. 2. interview #1 - the interviewer didn't show. I'm on video waiting until I realize I was stood up. Unprofessional. 3. Interview #1 (rescheduled) - Poor english and poor communicator.

Question 1
Questions were completely out of the scope of the job description. Interviewer kept trying to add nuances to the questions until he could finally figure out what he wanted to ask. Definitely trying to flex his muscles but I am getting my PhD in that technology. He was threatened.
