Simply ask when you can work and hire on the spot. Must submit to a background check and drug screen. Drug test is handled at a local facility at employee's earliest convenience. Once cleared, employee is ready to start. This is the easiest interview I've ever had. You have to wait about a week for the drug test and background test to pass. From my understanding, they have very small requirements regarding one's background.
