Interview
The interview was a panel interview. There were very structured questions regarding behavioral items, as well as results and accomplishments. Reflection is an important point, so be prepared to give your personal reflection on what went well or went poorly. Both American and Japanese panel members joined, so language was a barrier with one participant. One HR facilitator was in the room. I was given a chance to ask questions at the end.

Questions always start with " Give an example of ..."
Not very professional. The candidate they hired was already in orientation in the room you walk through to get to the interview. Three people in the interview. It was honestly a waste of time for them to even bring me in. I feel like I was a quota interview since the person with the job was actively in orientation.......

Three interviews with relevant managers and direct report. Very efficient in hindsight. Not very technical but a lot of work culture discussion and psychological questions. Mostly they just asked about my work history.
