I applied online and was called about two weeks later to set up a phone screening/interview. This was very brief and basically a resume review. A week later I was called to set up an on-site interview for the following week. The on-site interview consisted of a one hour interview with three interviewers. There were 3 STAR based questions and the rest were typical interview questions such as, why would you like this position and why do you think you would be a good fit. All interviewers were extremely friendly. I was prepared for the STAR type of questions and also read "The Toyota Way" so I think this helped a good bit. I received an offer by phone a week after that.
