I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Traction on Demand in Apr 2017
Interview
After application I got an automated email for phone interview and I picked a date and time.
Phone interview was a disaster, as the communication intermitted several times. I asked the lady who called me to call again and the result was the same, as I barely heard her voice and total time we talked is probably 20-30 seconds. Then the call dropped suddenly.
After waiting a few minutes for another call, I sent an email to say I was available to call back or reschedule the call. However, I did not get a reply.
Following two days I got the rejection mail, saying that they did not see a fit for me within the team at the company.
Gosh.. that sounds like a horrible experience. We have invested so much in our communications software and hardware and we rarely have any trouble on that front. I am sorry that nobody responded back to your email. That is not acceptable and not the standard we want to set. I apologize if the email fell through the cracks.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Traction on Demand (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2021
Interview
I applied through recruiter. Interview have 3 rounds.
1. Technical discussion
2. Demo Round
3. Cultural Round
For Demo round, we need to prepare the demo based on the role. It may be a demo on salesforce or a presentation of one of our existing project. Explain why the approach is taken, not just how. Third round is a casual meeting with the team. Overall it was a very good experience with lot of support from HR, who explain the process clearly and keep supporting us with constant communications.
it was quite pleasant, the interviewees were quite friendly, respectful. easy to understand and down to earth. The atmosphere was quite comfortable and the questions were not difficult. I had 3 rounds before I was not selected. Each round was a bit more difficult but once you have SalesForce experience and knowledge of your domain, it should be fine.

How much salesforce experience I had prior to preparing for the interview presentation.
I applied online. I interviewed at Traction on Demand
Interview
Shortly after applying online, I received an e-mail to setup a short phone call with one of their HR people. After that short (~5 minute) phone call, I was invited to do a longer, face-to-face (over video conferencing) interview. They never actually confirmed my interview time, but the interview did indeed happen at the time I selected. After this interview, I did not hear anything, so I sent an e-mail to the two people who interviewed me. Instead of a personal response, I just received a canned, automated response from someone I had never spoken to.
