Interview
Phone interview that lasted no more than 15 mins ( I thought I tanked it). Was then invited to an on-site super-day with other candidates. That consisted of 1 group interview ( all of the candidates(~6) with 1 interviewer to discuss a controversial topic and make your case for/against), aptitude test, and 4-5 one-on-one interviews, ranging from specific to broad questions.

Made it to a final round super day in NY, one of the employees joked during an interview that my college sport should not be on my resume. Needless to say it was quite an awkward rest of the interview. Senior management ran a great interview process, but never received any feedback or a stipend for traveling to New York for the interview. Love what the company does, but the recruiting project they assigned previously took days, not hours. Too extensive for not receiving any feedback.
