The interview process was quick and painless. Steve the manager is a great guy and the process was super comfortable and it was easy to be myself. Come in with a positive mindset and with a will to work and you will be in great shape.

3 interviews in total. 2 interviews with supervisors they call mates and the last interview with the manager they call captain. The interviews are seeking out your personality more than your skills. Too many interviews for a grocery store job if you ask me .

The interview process was a combination of competitive and down to earth. I found it more easy to be "myself" with the interviewer than I was expecting, and felt comfortable opening up about my strengths and opportunities
