Interview
The interview was very interesting as I was asked many practical questions. For example, how marketing strategies could be applied for certain clients or how I would find solutions to their problems. I consider it wasn't a problem for me because I have experience with such situations, but it might be a bit overwhelming for someone who may not have had to consider various Marketing and HR scenarios before. The company focuses on HR and what HR means in Marketing, so this field takes precedence over Marketing.
