Very Scenario based and technical questions. They test your knowledge on stakeholder management, project management processes, resource management and customer committment. Also focus and relate your experience and technical knowledge.
The interview process was structured and professional. It typically started with an initial phone screening, followed by one or more in-depth interviews with hiring managers and team members. The questions focused on both technical skills and cultural fit, and the interviewers were friendly and engaging throughout. There was also a case study or skills assessment as part of the process, which helped demonstrate my problem-solving abilities. Overall, the communication was clear, and I received timely updates at each stage
