I had one short phone interview with Lecia and then was scheduled for an interview a couple days later with Daniel Morales. It was fairly low key, he asked me the usual interview questions most employers ask. He then launched into some general aviation questions. He asked me to talk about any past check ride failures (I've had four and it didn't phase him), had me read off a standard instrument approach plate, and then briefly teach him a ground reference maneuver using a white board. I was called back later that day and told I could start the next week. I had to fill out some more paperwork and get a drug screening before then.
