Quick chat with technical responsible and HR regarding my ambitions, past experience and salary requirements. It has been very clear that they have some consultancy projects just because they are cheap and so they propose you very low level salaries even if you are a pro. Moreover they dare to propose to provide some money as a "expense reimboursement" to lower the taxable salary. Really not professional.
