Specifically, Transamerica was creating a new business unit for Annuity New Business centering on high end agents. 18 CM positions, 2 Team Leader and 1 Supervisor positions. The recruiter referred me for an interview; I had a group interview and five hours later, was rejected. The positions continued to be posted; I kept applying. I also applied for a Life NB Case Manager -NO RESPONSE (and I'm more "aligned" to Life Case Management that included manager experience). If you want those with 0-2 years experience to pay them $40K, then there was no reason to interview with me. Fortunately, the recruiter had more business compassion to keep me updated (unfortunately, I received the recruiter's response about 30 minutes after the official rejection from Transamerica). Keep in mind: 18 Annuity Case Management positions. I have a better understanding of corporate investment in employees; however, if there are skills and experience that are teachable or obtained through osmosis, there needs to be truer postings.
