An initial interview with a hiring manager / lead QA followed by a technical test and then a final stage technical interview. All of this is done remotely / via zoom calls
I don't often feel compelled to leave reviews but my experience with this company was that bad.
They have no idea what they want/need. In reality, they seem to be after a super SDET / automation engineer who is an expert JavaScript developer alongside an expert in technical white box testing and API driven design.
You are provided with very unfair and quite lazy feedback (also, very subjective feedback to boot) about your tech exercise.
The final stage interview is also rather too brutal in my opinion and doesn't really prove you are a strong SDET. Instead, it is old fashioned and based on how well you can code with people watching you and no time to google anything in advance.
