I interviewed at Treasury Wine Estates (Melbourne)
Interview
The interview process started with an online interview, then in person interview in their office in Melbourne and finally a case study interview. During the in person interview I received a number of questions regarding university and my experience. At the end there was time for me to ask any questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to explain how I would describe a specific finance term to someone who knows nothing about finance.
I applied online. I interviewed at Treasury Wine Estates (Napa, CA) in July 2017
Interview
Everything was very slow and HR attitude was insincere. The worst hiring process I have ever experienced.
I applied online in April and had a phone interview at the beginning of June. They wanted me to come to their office in Napa the week after that and we had an interview a little over an hour there.
Two employees from finance department interviewed me. They were really nice and the interview was casual. There was also an unannounced small Excel skill test at the end of the interview.
They called me almost a month later from the interview and said I could "expect a call from them in about 10 days". However, never called me. It's very unprofessional to say that they would call and never do especially after bringing somebody to their office. And as I read other reviews of this company, obviously they do this a lot.
If you apply for this company, don't trust anything they say they will do.
