An initial video interview with the HR recruiter followed by two interviews with two members from the support team. The first interview is technical, which comprises of two sections, answering customer inquiries and how to respond to Twitter responses. The second interview was a general chat with another support team member.
I wasn't offered the role and the recruiter didn't provide clear feedback. Here is the response from the recruiter:
"Thank you for taking the time to interview with us. Our apologies in the delays hearing from us, as we were waiting on some moving parts before being able to reach out with a decision.
Unfortunately, I'm afraid that we will not be able to offer you anything at this time."
