We had to submit a video answering questions before a decision was made to move forward to the next round and interview with a current team member. It was a pretty straight forward/casual interview.

Had a 15-minute phone interview that went smoothly. However, despite the interviewer promising to get back to me the next day, I received zero communication afterward. Sent a thank-you email and followed up three times with no response whatsoever.
Poor communication and unprofessional follow-up process. Basic courtesy of acknowledging candidates is lacking.
I went through a video interview, and was contacted by a hiring manager. There were three interviews in total. I was not selected. I made it to all rounds. Lastly, they never shared the salary expectation, only disclosed a range.
