I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at TriNet (Reno, NV) in June 2013
Interview
Filled out in-line application, had to call to follow-up two times before I was called back and scheduled for a phone interview. Had phone interview a couple days later. Was called back a couple days later and was scheduled for a 1;1 interview. This also includes a paper test which has a lot of manual payroll calculation questions. Once I passed the initial interview you have to pass a group interview with the team members. It took about 3 weeks before I was offered a job. Pretty easy process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Current tax rates and a bunch of manual payroll check calc questions that must be answered correctly.

Interview
Ghosted by the recruiter, set an appointment and there was no call, no email to explain/apologize/reschedule. Reading the reviews of employees working at TriNet, I think it's a good thing this fell through.

Interview
I was contacted by someone in Talent Acquisition. We scheduled a phone interview in which they were super late. After the initial phone interview, I never received a call back or any feedback. They didn't return any phone calls or respond to any emails. Seems as though they would have extended the same courtesy that was given when they reached out to me in terms of communication. Horrible HR practices.

Interview
I was directly contacted by a recruiter for a brief phone screen. Next was an on site interview with 4 different managers/supervisors. Was told I would know by the end of the week and never received a follow up 3 weeks later. I really wanted to be part of the company.
