Interview
Very small company, early stage (seed) start-up. Interviews were conducted by CEO/Founder - I assume due to lack of HR/Talent Acq Dept - who is a practitioner and researcher herself. Based on the questions asked, seemed more like an 'informational' type of interview, trying to obtain or catch information from the applicants on how to do certain things, for the company's own benefit. She was respectful during the process but had a cold demeanor, lacked of enthusiasm and empathy in general. She was on time and described the job efficiently. Questions were answered at the end; short and to the point. Not a lot of insights given about the company performance and/or about team culture, if any. Look elsewhere if you are really care about having a fulfilling and stable career."
