There was an interview with the hiring manager with some technical questions and a paid trial task based on one of the current clients. There was a clear brief and the expected deliverables.

One 30-minute interview, then sent a project to be completed in 4 days. The project is where I self-dropped out, since they had asked for free work that they could duplicate and present.

Assemble a Go to Market launch plan (for a real client of theirs that the client will see) that covers analysis, strategy, media, creative, CRO and other proposals in a format that can be repurposed as a template. Record a 45-minute video presentation of this.

Great agency but do NOT prepare to script normal UGC style. They work mainly with Meta and VSL content so keep that in mind when interviewing! I made it to the final round but didn’t get the offer due to my IDC style scripting
