1. Step is an introduction with the HR
2. Step is a task, I got two weeks for solving
3. Final step is presentation of my solution and speaking to team leader in general
I talked to hiring manager and UX design team lead, it was pleasant conversation about them and about me. Question they asked were great and relevant to the position. I got an email back about their decision which is great as many companies don't get back to you sometimes.
