I applied for the role via LinkedIn. HR reached out to me to have a half hour conversation regarding the role. I then had a half hour conversation with the hiring manager, this was quite casual and was asking about previous experience and explain more details about the role. The next stage was a panel interview with 4 different employees from Trilink each in different roles asking about previous experience and ‘what would you do’ in certain situation. I was first contacted by HR at the end of March and received the contract by mid April.
