Trilink Biotechnologies interview questions

I applied for the role via LinkedIn. HR reached out to me to have a half hour conversation regarding the role. I then had a half hour conversation with the hiring manager, this was quite casual and was asking about previous experience and explain more details about the role. The next stage was a panel interview with 4 different employees from Trilink each in different roles asking about previous experience and ‘what would you do’ in certain situation. I was first contacted by HR at the end of March and received the contract by mid April.

HR Screen. Straightforward questions about basic layman understanding of experience. It took less than the 30 minutes scheduled. It happened about a week ago, and I have not yet heard back.
