Not great work life balance.

Promotions can be very inconsistent across departments—particularly in marketing, where advancement feels significantly slower compared to other teams where tenure alone seems to drive progression. There’s also a tendency to expand responsibilities without corresponding compensation or recognition. Leadership turnover has been high (four managers in four years), which has made it difficult to maintain direction and stability. The culture has gradually shifted in a more negative direction, with limited transparency and fewer people willing to speak up. Many strong performers have left, which raises questions about the company’s trajectory over the next couple of years.
