Received a random Teams invite without a screening call. One interviewer was late, the interview felt more like an interrogation, and the whole process lacked structure. No follow-up—had to chase HR for a rejection. Disappointing experience overall.

The interview is efficient, one round each with HR then hiring manager, no strange or difficult questions as long as you fit the role, decision making is pretty quick by the hiring team
