First girl that reached out to me was great, but the manager I met with had no clue what he was doing. Kept saying the job was super easy and I'd make a ton of money... is this an MLM?? Literally told me I'd kill it and offered me the job before I walked out after 20 minutes. Really didn't seem to care what my experience was.

The interview process was straightforward, they wanted to know that you are eager, hardworking, and willing to work on a 100% commission model. Given some experience in either solar or sales, they were happy to offer an opportunity.
